TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 

When purchasing/ordering ort agreeing with a photo/video  shoot voucher  or package you agree with the following terms and conditions.

 

 

Date and location are to be agreed with Art in Fusion TV. Location must be within 10 miles from London. (If further additional cost may occurs)

 

Art in Fusion TV gift voucher will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class within 5 working days after the day of purchase. It is valid until specify on voucher. The voucher can only be exchanged at Art in Fusion TV for photographic services and/or products described in the voucher and relating to photographs created by Art in Fusion TV. The voucher can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only original voucher is accepted. Damaged voucher may not be accepted. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or offers.

 

Negatives and digital files from a photo shoot remain the property of the Photographer. For the avoidance of doubt all copyright in the images are owned absolutely by the Photographer within the provision of the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.

Photo shoot

 

A non-refundable booking fee of specified value shall be paid in order to secure the date and time for a shoot. The remainder (total services and products price less booking fee) shall be paid any time before or on the day of the photo shoot. Additional photographic services or products shall be paid for in full at time of ordering.

 

Negatives and digital files from a photo shoot remain the property of the Photographer. For the avoidance of doubt all copyright in the images are owned absolutely by the Photographer within the provision of the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.

 

 

Delivery Policy

 

Gift vouchers, prints - DVDs files  will be sent using standard 1st Class Royal mail services or software internet transfer files (like we transfer /my airbridge) . Other products, such as frames or photo books may be required to be collected from the studio /office or given address due to the fragile nature of the products or value of their content. In this case, collection must be made by appointment.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

In the event that you do need to postpone for any circumstances, we require 7 days’ notice or a cancellation charge, equivalent to your photo session booking fee, will apply.

 

Art in Fusion TV will always try to accommodate changing schedules and will be happy to postpone any portrait shoot if cancelled or rescheduled within the notice period.

 

Because of bespoke and customized nature of our photographic/video products (prints, photo books, albums, frames, video etc.), after the photographic product order has been placed and email to clients, it cannot be cancelled a non-refund under any circumstances as it’s a personalised item/purchased.

 

Return and Refunds Policy

Once the photographic/video  products have been checked, collected and agreed, no returns will be accepted nor will any refunds be done by Art in Fusion TV.

 

In case of delivery of photographic/video products to the client by post, any complaints regarding an issue with photographic products such as manufacturer’s fault/defect shall be sent to Art in Fusion TV Photography in writing within 14 days of receipt of the products, along with the faulty photographic products. Art in Fusion TV will rectify the problem and endeavour to supply the photographic product to the client as soon as possible. After the 14 day period no returns on photographic products will be accepted and no refunds will be made by Art in Fusion TV.

 

 

Complaints

Please address any complaints to Art in fusion TV by email or in writing to the address below. We endeavour to respond to any complaint within one working day.
